Copyright & Content Protection

DMCA Report

Strong IPTV Canada respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives can report material they believe infringes their rights.

Responsible Reporting

A Clear and Fair Copyright Process

Reports are reviewed for completeness, specificity and good-faith accuracy before action is considered.

©

Rights-Holder Reports

Copyright owners and authorized agents may submit detailed reports identifying the protected work and the specific material at issue.

Good-Faith Review

We review sufficiently detailed reports and may restrict or remove identified website material when appropriate.

Counter-Notice Process

Affected parties may provide a counter-notice when they believe material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.

What Happens Next

Our Four-Step Review

1

Report Received

Your report is recorded and checked for required contact, ownership and location information.

2

Notice Reviewed

We assess whether the notice clearly identifies the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.

3

Appropriate Action

Where warranted, access to identified website material may be restricted or removed while the matter is reviewed.

4

Follow-Up

We may contact the reporting party or affected party for clarification, a response or a counter-notice.

Policy Scope

This policy applies to material displayed or hosted directly on iptvstrong.ca. It does not give Strong IPTV Canada control over independent websites, applications, networks, search engines, hosting providers or third-party services.

Please identify the exact URL on iptvstrong.ca where the material appears. General references to a homepage, brand or category may not provide enough information to locate the content.

Required Elements of a Copyright Notice

To help us review a copyright complaint, include:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
  3. The exact URL or other precise location of each item claimed to be infringing.
  4. A description explaining why the identified use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.
Do not submit passwords, payment card information, government identification numbers or unrelated private customer data.

Counter-Notice Information

If material you provided was removed or restricted and you believe that happened because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice identifying the material, its prior location, your contact information, the basis of your objection and the legally required declarations and signature applicable to your situation.

Counter-notices can have legal consequences. Consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting one.

Repeat-Infringement Policy

Where appropriate and technically possible, Strong IPTV Canada may restrict access by users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material or repeatedly violate applicable copyright rules.

False or Misleading Reports

Submitting a knowingly false infringement report or counter-notice may expose the sender to legal consequences. Review all URLs, ownership claims and statements carefully before submission.
