Better Setup Experience

Before You Start

These simple checks prevent most setup and playback problems.

Use a stable connection

Connect by Ethernet where possible, or use a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal near your streaming device.

Check your login type

Confirm whether your app needs Xtream Codes, an M3U URL, a portal URL, or a MAC address activation.

Restart after activation

Close and reopen the player after activation so it can download the latest playlist and guide data.

Allow loading time

Large channel and VOD libraries may need a few minutes to load the first time.

Keep credentials private

Do not share your username, password, M3U URL, portal URL or device key publicly.

Contact support

Send a screenshot of the error and the app/device name so support can diagnose the issue quickly.

Troubleshooting

Common Setup Questions

Confirm the server URL, username and password contain no extra spaces. Restart the player and device, then try again. Contact support with a screenshot if the issue continues.
Some players use a MAC address and Device Key instead of a direct username and password. Send both values privately to support so your playlist can be linked to the app.
The number of simultaneous devices depends on the connection package selected. Use only the allowed number of streams at the same time.
Allow the electronic programme guide to finish downloading, refresh the playlist, and verify that the app has enough storage space.
A stable connection of around 15–30 Mbps is generally suitable for HD streaming. Higher speeds are useful for 4K and multiple simultaneous devices.
